The Hammers Awards
The Hammers Awards is an annual awards program organized by Pazarlamasyon to recognize the collective achievements of teams working within companies in Türkiye. Rather than focusing on individual performance, the program evaluates the teams behind successful marketing, communication, technology, data, brand experience, media, content, strategy, sustainability and sector-specific initiatives. Its current structure spans six main sections and more than one hundred subcategories, including dedicated categories for artificial intelligence and emerging trends. Entries are reviewed by juries composed of senior industry practitioners. The program also distinguishes Marketing Team of the Year through a dedicated question set, while its category framework is designed to assess both specialist team performance and cross-functional execution.

Planning guidance
Turn dates into a submission workflow
Assign an internal owner to every deadline at least six weeks before the official date. For each candidate entry, track category fit, evidence readiness, asset completeness, client approval status, and budget approval. If a milestone carries a fee, use it as a forcing function for the slate review rather than waiting for the final submission date.
